In an effort to help the disadvantaged families access clean water safe for drinking, the Roskern Foundation installed several water filters in various homes within the slums. This is a life changing approach to the recipients aimed at prolonging their lives as well as that of their neighbours. We also gifted few young girls with clothes, teens bible and other stationery. Thanks to our donors for their support towards this noble act.God Bless you all!!!

Roskern Foundation decided to spend time with the senior citizens living in Kiambiu Slums during the Easter Monday.Senior citizens of our society are always lonely and no one to think about them during important calendar dates like Easter and that’s why we decided to meet them as well as spend time with them.In the process,we gifted each of them with a bible,a blanket,a mattress and a health insurance cover for one full year from National Hospital Insurance Fund(NHIF).This noble gesture would have not been possible without the help of our generous Easter outreach donors from the U.S.May God Bless each and everyone who donated towards this.

Saturday 20th was a public holiday in Kenya. It’s a day set a side to honor our heroes (those who fought for our independent)most families have some rest at home and even enjoy some special meal with the loved ones.
Roskern Foundation accompanied by it’s friends visited a family of Christine Ogok to change their story. She is a blind grandmother with a co-wife who is mentally challenged for the past 3 years and a daughter in-law who is paralyzed and has been bed ridden for 8 years and a 9th grade boy without school fees.
We celebrated this day with them by supplying them with mattresses, bedsheets, blankets, bought groceries, gave that needy boy a check to clear his 2018 school fees and offered him spornsorship!!praise God he is now sure of going to school on a regular basis.
No amount of words can express how greatful i am that this journey happened!!To Ms. Susan & Beth Wilkinson who funded this noble cause, thank you so much for partnering with us.God Bless you!!!
I am appealing for more donations towards the medical attention for the paralyzed lady and the blind grandmother.
